$95 flat for most sites. That's the total you pay 928 Studio. No setup fees, no surprise add-ons, no monthly subscriptions.
The only other cost is your domain name, which runs $12–25 per year and goes directly to your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.), not to us.
Two parts: $20 refundable deposit to start, then $75 once you approve the preview. Both via secure Stripe payment links we text or email to you.
The deposit holds your spot in our build queue. The $75 only gets sent after you've seen the actual site and given the thumbs up.
The $20 deposit is fully refundable until we send you the preview link. If you change your mind in the first 24 hours after submitting, you get it back, no questions asked.
Once we send the preview, the $20 is earned (it covers our build time). The $75 final payment only happens after you've approved the site, so by then you've already seen what you're paying for.
No. The $95 covers your complete site build. Hosting is included forever at no cost. The only ongoing expense is your domain name renewal ($12–25/year), which you pay directly to your domain registrar.
If you ask for changes after the first 24 hours, that's $25 per change. Anything outside the standard scope (custom integrations, e-commerce, etc.) we quote separately and only with your approval.
Honest answer: we build single-file HTML sites by hand using modern tools. No WordPress installs, no plugins to configure, no databases to manage. That cuts our build time from weeks to hours.
Agencies charge $1,500–$5,000 because they have offices, account managers, and tiered teams. We don't. You're getting a comparable product without the overhead.

The longest delays typically come from waiting on you (domain purchase, content, photo selection), not from us building.

You do. The HTML file is yours from the moment you approve the build — we email you a copy on launch day. Your domain is registered in your name, on your account.
We just host the site for you on our servers. If you ever want to take it elsewhere, you take the file and the domain and walk away.
Yes. We host your site on our infrastructure at no cost to you, indefinitely. There's no monthly bill, no annual renewal fee from us, no surprise invoice down the road.
This is real because our hosting platform (Netlify) is free for static sites, and your site uses minimal resources. We're not subsidizing this — it genuinely costs us nothing.
Clean exit. You already have your HTML file (we emailed it to you on launch) and your domain (registered in your name). Just point your domain at a different host and you're moved.

You'd register it through a service like GoDaddy or Namecheap. Costs $12–25 per year. That money goes to them, not us.
We'll walk you through buying one when we confirm your brief. The process takes about 5 minutes on GoDaddy or Namecheap. We tell you exactly what to type and click.
You'll own the domain from day one, registered in your name. We just point it at your site.
Easy. You stay with whoever you registered it with (GoDaddy, etc.), and we walk you through updating a couple of settings so your domain points to your new site. About a 2-minute change.

Every site we build has a contact form. When someone fills it out, the submission lands in your email and (optionally) as a text on your phone within seconds. Set up during launch.
We never see your leads — they go straight from the form to you.
This sometimes happens with the first submission or two. During launch, we'll send you a test submission and walk you through marking it "Not Spam" and adding the sender to your contacts. After that, future leads land in your primary inbox.
Every form includes built-in spam protection (a "honeypot" field that humans can't see but bots fill out, plus automated detection on our hosting platform). You'll get real leads, not bot junk.

Yes. The first 24 hours after launch are free for any tweaks — just text us. After that, edits are $25 per change request via Stripe.
"Per change" means one update like new hours, a service description tweak, swapping a photo, etc. Bigger changes (adding a whole new page) get quoted separately.

That's a separate service from your website — typically Google Workspace ($6/month) or Microsoft 365. We can recommend setup, but the email service comes from them, not us.
